Several years ago, an indie band called The Regrettes titled their first album after a line in one of the songs: Feel Your Feelings, Fool. At the time, I thought it was a kinda dumb and obnoxious title, but over the last couple years I've started to realize, "Oh...I'm really not very good at that, am I?" Oh well, like everything, it's a process.

Still could do without the needless insult at the end of the title, but it's a pretty good album.
