We clearly go to very different shows. My wife and I only go to smaller gigs -- no good rock has ever happened in a space bigger than a theater -- and there are always stacks and stacks of vinyl, usually the entire catalog or close to it. Always at list price, too, usually somewhere between 20 and 30 bucks. T-shirts are always 15 to 25, and tote bags are invariably 20. All of it sells hand over fist.

To give you an idea, the last few gigs have been Sheer Mag, Chastity Belt, Teenage Fanclub, Belle and Sebastian, and the Weather Station. Upcoming events are Heavenly, Swansea Sound, The Lemon Twigs, and a two-day festival that we're flying from Boston to Glasgow for in July.
